Morphe 35O Palette Matte 35OM and Shimmer 35OS Review and Swatches
A couple of weeks ago I was browsing through the Morphe Brushes website and saw that the 35O Matte and Shimmer palettes were finally in stock along with the original 35O palette. After debating for over an hour on whether I should get the original palette or get both the matte and shimmer ones separately, I finally decided to get the individual ones just because what if I loved a shimmer shade so much that I would want a matte shade in it or vice versa. I finally got them last week and after playing with them I decided to share my opinion on them with you. So did I Love them? Did I Hate them? Read on to know.
Good skin starts with great skincare. I am super lazy when it comes to being religious with my moisturizing routine and that has definitely resulted in my skin being super dry and flaky. If you are like me and are ridiculously lazy about taking care of your skin, a really good nourishing scrub is all you need for great skin in just a few days. I am big DIY person and would rather experiment with making my own stuff than buy something for an exorbitant price (I made this super easy brush cleaner too). This easy three step DIY sugar scrub is by far the easiest no-mess scrub that I have made for my super dry skin and all it takes is five minutes of your time to make it and five more minutes to use it in the shower. Skin care Treatments: Lasers or Surgery, Which is Right for You
When it comes to the skincare industry, things can be a bit confusing. There’s no doubt that there lots of skincare treatments out there, and each category includes multiple products or processes. For example, one category is lotions and creams. But within that category there are hundreds of options. Similarly, laser treatments come in several forms. The same is true of most other skincare methods. That’s why it’s important to compare and contrast them all when you’re debating having some sort of skincare treatment yourself.
The first major category is of course surgical procedures like facelifts. So, when should you have surgery? Well, facelifts and other surgeries are generally only the best option when your sagging skin and wrinkles are totally out of control. Although, there are some other skin issues that may need to be fixed with surgical intervention.
Luckily, there are plenty of less invasive ways of curing most skin ailments. One way is to use some sort of medical equipment. People have used skincare machines like lasers for years to treat many different skin problems. So, you wouldn’t be the first or the last to have a laser treatment done. In fact, thousands of people have them done every day.
Of course, the type of laser treatment does vary, which is why it’s so important to compare them all before picking one. First, they vary in the issues that they treat. For instance, some are meant for scar reduction, while others focus on treating wrinkles. Still others can get rid of body hair that you don’t like, which tends to increase with age in some people.
The second thing to consider about lasers is that they vary in intensity and design. Some of them can target your deepest layers of skin, while others are mainly just surface treatments. The type that you need depends largely on the thickness of your skin, its color, and the type of problem that you are trying to treat. Trained technicians can easily point you in the direction of the machine that would suit your skin best.
While lasers are fairly common forms of skin treatment, there are still reasons to opt for other treatments. For example, some people’s skin can be easily irritated or blistered by certain laser machines, particularly during laser resurfacing that uses an ablative laser. If you are one of those people, you might be better off to accomplish the same goals with either microdermabrasion or a chemical peel. All three techniques can remove dead cells and blemishes from your skin’s surface, but the different techniques used mean that, while one treatment might cause a problem for you, another might not.
Another reason why laser treatment might be wrong for you is that you might simply have a minor skin ailment that can be treated in other ways. For example, sound wave therapy like ultrasound or radio frequency sessions can often stimulate cells into repairing minor damage. Those treatments are extremely non-invasive and also very quick. So, they could be the better option for skin issues that are just starting to show themselves. All they do is send pulses of sound waves through the skin, unlike a laser, which can cause extreme heat. So, if you’re seeking a gentler treatment, that might be a good choice for you.
